Jerry Ilao is an AI Business Strategist, speaker, and workshop facilitator helping Filipino businesses turn AI from technical jargon into practical, safe, and measurable business results.

He is the Founding President of the Philippine AI Business Association (PAIBA), Asia’s first AI business association, and the Co-Founder and CEO of Olern. He also co-founded MobileOptima, the company behind Tarkie, a sales force automation platform used by more than 15,000 employees across companies such as Globe, Uratex, Samsung, and Chooks-to-Go.

A CPA, CIA, CPM, and Certified Prompt Engineer, Jerry has led over 100 digital transformation projects across Philippine industries. He completed Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School and HBS’s AI Essentials for Business program. Through his talks, workshops, and frameworks such as the AI Adoption Roadmap, Jerry helps Filipino leaders build AI-ready organizations.
